Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.
It is important to note that acceptance of these terms is reserved exclusively for persons who have reached the age of majority, according to the legislation in force in their country of residence. Therefore, by accepting these terms, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are not yet 18, we ask you not to proceed with acceptance and not to use our services. Art. 1 Scope of application
1.1 These General Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made by the Seller on the Site.
1.2 If a tax code is requested during the purchase process, the user is considered a consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code. If a VAT number is requested, the user is considered a professional.
1.3 The terms are understood as working days.
1.4 The Conditions may be modified at any time and will be effective from the moment of publication on the Site. In the event of a pricing error, the Seller will contact the user to confirm the purchase at the correct price.
1.5 The Conditions in force on the date of the order will be those applicable.
1.6 These Terms and Conditions do not apply to sales by third parties present on the Site via links or banners. It is the user's responsibility to verify their terms and conditions.
1.7 The Seller is not responsible for the contents of such sites nor for any errors or violations.
1.8 You must read these Conditions carefully before making any purchases.
1.9 The Seller is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the Site.
1.10 Reproduction, distribution or modification of the contents of the Site is not permitted without written authorization.
Art. 2 Purchases on the Site
2.1 Purchases must follow the procedure indicated on the Site. The contract is concluded when the order reaches the Seller's server.
2.2 The user must immediately inform the Seller of any improper use of the information entered.
2.3 The user guarantees that the information provided is complete and truthful, indemnifying the Seller from any damages resulting from false declarations.
2.4 The Seller may refuse orders from users who have violated the Conditions.
2.5 You must accept the Conditions in order to make purchases.
2.6 The Seller is the sole counterparty for orders placed on the Site.
2.7 The Seller may use its own commercial sign in communications.
2.8 The Seller does not guarantee the continuous functioning of the Site and assumes no responsibility for any damage resulting from malfunctions.
2.9 After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
2.10 Product colors may vary and the Seller assumes no responsibility for any discrepancies.
Art. 3 Product Availability
3.1 Products are available in limited quantities. If they are unavailable after placing an order, the Seller will inform the user, who may terminate the contract.
3.2 The Seller offers the possibility of pre-ordering unavailable products. The contract is confirmed upon receipt of the order.
3.3 If the product ordered is unavailable, the Seller may offer an alternative product or a discount coupon.
3.4 Refunds for unavailable products will be processed within 5-10 days.
3.5 In the event of termination, the Seller will refund the total amount due.
Art. 4 Prices
4.1 Prices on the Site include VAT.
4.2 Prices do not include the WEEE contribution for products not subject to this regulation.
4.3 The Seller may change prices at any time, maintaining the price valid at the time of the order.
4.4 Shipping costs are borne by the user for orders under a certain amount.
4.5 Shipping will only occur after payment has been confirmed. Ownership of the products passes upon shipment.
4.6 The order will be cancelled in case of non-payment.
Art. 5 Payment methods
5.1 Various payment methods are available, including payment cards and bank transfers.
5.2 Payment by card is made only after verification of the data and authorization by the issuing company.
5.3 The Seller does not store payment card data.
5.4 Discount vouchers can only be used for one purchase and cannot be converted into cash.
5.5 The user can also pay via PayPal, following the procedures for each service.
5.6 Prices are not influenced by automated decisions.
5.7 For price reductions, the Site cannot display the lowest price applied in the previous 30 days.
Art. 6 Delivery of Products
6.1 Products are delivered to Italy and Europe. For detailed information, please see the "Shipping" section in the footer of the Site. In the event of any discrepancies, the "Shipping" section will prevail.
6.2 The delivery obligation is fulfilled with the transfer of availability or control of the Product.
6.3 The Products will be delivered within 2-5 days from the placing of the order, unless extended up to 30 days, if necessary.
6.4 The user must check the condition of the Product upon delivery. The risk of loss or damage passes to the user upon delivery. It is recommended to report any anomalies on the transport document and accept the package with reservations.
6.5 The user may choose to collect the Product from a collection point. If the Product is not collected, the contract is considered terminated and the user will receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
6.6 For In-Store Collection, the user must present himself at the selected point of sale, providing the purchase documentation.
Art. 7 Right of Withdrawal
7.1 The user is advised to pay particular attention to this article.
7.2 The right of withdrawal allows the Consumer to terminate the purchase contract without stating a reason. It does not apply to purchases by Professionals, unless otherwise agreed.
7.3 The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 calendar days. The user must inform the Seller within this period, using the contact details provided in the "INTRODUCTION".
7.4 If the withdrawal is valid, the Seller will refund the total amount, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.
7.5 The direct costs of returning the Products are borne by the Consumer.
Art. 8 Legal Guarantee of Conformity
8.1 The Legal Guarantee is reserved for Consumers and does not apply to those purchasing as Professionals.
8.2 If the product received is defective or different from what was ordered, the Seller offers a legal guarantee of conformity, as established by Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005. In particular, the Consumer will have the right to request, at his or her discretion:
- Delivery of a product equivalent in quality and price, subject to stock availability.
- Refund of the product price and shipping costs.
8.3 The above warranty applies only if the products have been treated with due care and used for their intended purpose. The Buyer must also provide the delivery note received and the order number.
8.4 In any case, the warranty does not cover defects caused by normal deterioration of the product.
Art. 9 Manufacturer's Warranty
9.1 The Manufacturer's Warranty is additional and not always available. The Legal Guarantee of Conformity applies.
Art. 10 Applicable Law and Competent Court
10.1 Purchase contracts are governed by these General Conditions and by the Italian Consumer Code.
10.2 For Consumers, the court of their place of residence has jurisdiction. For Professionals, the court of the Seller has jurisdiction.
10.3 The Seller will provide information on ADR bodies for the extrajudicial resolution of disputes.
10.4 A European platform for online dispute resolution is available: ODR Platform .
Art. 11 Customer Service
11.1 The user can contact the Seller for information, assistance or complaints using the contact details indicated in the "INTRODUCTION".
11.2 The Seller responds within an indicative time of 2-3 working days.
Art. 12 Reviews
12.1 The Site allows the publication of reviews. The Seller does not guarantee the authenticity of the reviews.
Art. 13 Report
13.1 This document fully governs the relationship between the user and the Seller, without prejudice to the rights and obligations established by applicable law.
