Returns and Refunds Policy
RETURNS
For any reason, the customer can return the order, in whole or in part.
Items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your package.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were originally sent and packaged neatly.
Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. This includes shoe soles, which must not show any signs of wear.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and other accessories (laces, accessories, etc.) received in the package.
Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged, altered, or used as a shipping box.
If you wish to return products, please contact us by email at culturemonza@gmail.com. We will process your request and provide you with all the instructions for returning the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
If the customer requests a refund for the returned order, the refund will be made upon receipt of the package and only after quality control of the returned items.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will appear on your next card statement. Processing times may vary depending on your credit card company, but generally take approximately 10 business days.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase (EUR). Shipping costs will not be refunded.
DEFECTS REGULATION
Culture Srls assumes no responsibility for any manufacturing problems with the shoe or for the durability of the pair once used.
Returns and exchanges of products are only possible in new condition.
Used products or products that do not comply with the policy in the "Terms and Conditions" section are not subject to returns/refunds.
