Orders marked " Express 24/48h " typically take 1-3 working days from the order's dispatch date to Italy, and 2-5 working days to Europe.

For orders with no specific information, these are products that are not physically in stock but can be ordered and will have delivery times ranging from 3 to 20 working days.

For deliveries to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and the smaller islands, delivery times may be longer.

  • SHIPMENTS

All orders are processed between Tuesday and Friday.
Orders are generally processed the day after the order date, or on the first available working day, within a maximum of 2 working days.
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Once processed, the order will be handed over to the courier who will deliver it according to the timeframes indicated above.

Shipping to Italy is free for orders over €200.

If paying by credit card, the amount will be charged in full when the order is processed.

Culture Srls cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs checks, or other circumstances beyond Culture Srls' control.

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment, at the email address you provided when placing your order.

Upon delivery, please inspect the package before signing for it. If it appears tampered with or has damaged tape, please sign for the package with reservations or refuse delivery.

In this case you are required to open a complaint with the relevant courier office and contact Culture Srls as soon as possible at culturemonza@gmail.com .

If the package appears to have been tampered with but you have not signed for receipt with reservations, the delivery will be considered accepted and we will not be able to accept any complaints.

By placing an order, you will establish a commercial relationship with Culture Srls, in which you undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to the order just mentioned.

If the order is not delivered to the address indicated by the customer for reasons attributable to the customer's lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, recipient absent) or in the event of refusal of delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (Culture Srls) at the customer's expense.
